Massage cupping is a modern form of vacuum therapy, and the incredible results that this simple treatment produces have truly impressed those who experience its subtle power.

By creating suction and vacuum pressure, massage cupping is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, move deep inflammation to the skin surface for release, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.

Massage cupping therapy is incredibly versatile and the basic movements can easily be customized to accomplish a wide variety of techniques, from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue release. Massage cupping is a good complement many soft tissue modalities like deep/sports massage, ART, and Graston Technique.

Kinesis Tape can be applied in hundreds of ways and has the ability to re-educate the neuromuscular system, reduce pain and inflammation, optimize performance, prevent injury and promote good circulation and healing, and assist in returning the body to it’s natural state.

Fascial Stretch Therapy is a form of assisted stretching which focuses not only on the muscles, but the fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles), bones and joints. FST uses traction to target the joint and joint capsule by slow and gentle pulling of the limbs, which helps eliminate restriction from movement and to stimulate lubrication of the synovial fluid.

Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes. Treatment sessions are relaxing and pain free. NOTE: You will need to dress in loose fitting clothing (shorts/sweats and a t-shirt) during your FST session.

Benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy:

- Increase range of motion | Improve physical performance

- Reduce pain | Decreased compression & impingement in joints

Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body called “meridians”. A key component of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management.  Traditional Chinese medicine use acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy, known as chi or qi (chee). The chi/qi is believed to flow through the meridians. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance.  Acupuncture can help to resolve pain, such as back, neck, headaches and migraines, dental pain, and osteoarthritis. It also can improve sleep, digestive function, and sense of well-being.
