What are your office hours?
Tuesdays and Thursdays we operate in Manhattan.
Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays we are in Westchester.
In-home appointments varies throughout the week.
No walk-ins accepted.

What should I wear?
Wear or bring loose and comfortable clothing (leggings, shorts, sweats, t-shirt).
How will I feel after a treatment session?
Immediately after a session, there is a possibility you will feel a little light-headed and very relaxed due to the increase in blood flow throughout the body. The next day, it is normal to feel some soreness to the treated area.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we do not accept insurance, but we accept FSA (flexible spending account) and HSA (health savings account) as form of payment.
What is your payment policy?
Payments must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
We take all forms of payment (debit, credit), Venmo, Zelle.
What is your cancellation & rescheduling policy?
We understand things do come up, but we do have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full amount if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.
